Every product at MYV Store is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Your satisfaction and safety are our highest priority.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:
- Salt packets (opened or unopened)
- Jala Neti Pot (plastic or steel)
- Sutra Neti Rubber Thread 2mm
- Premium Jala Neti Kriya Kit
- Salt packets (opened or unopened)
This is standard practice across all wellness and nasal hygiene products globally — products used on open parts of the body cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
When We DO Accept Returns / Refunds

Conditions for Eligibility
- Contact us with your order number + photos/video as proof
- Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory — without it claims cannot be processed
- Item must be unopened and in original packaging
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once shipped — cancellations cannot be processed.

Refund Process
- Shipping charges will not be refunded when an order is cancelled unless there is a significant delay in delivery.
- Refunds processed within 5—7 business days after approval
- Refunded to your original payment method
- International refunds may take 7—14 business days depending on your bank

Damaged in Transit
- Contact us immediately with photos
- Do not accept a visibly damaged package from the courier

- Return shipping for international orders is at customer’s expense unless it is our error.
- Same policy applies worldwide.
- Unboxing video is especially important for international orders.
