Shri Sumith B N holds a Master of Science in Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) university, Bengaluru and has completed Yoga Instructor Course (Y.I.C) from S-VYASA, Bengaluru and also is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher. Sumith brings extensive expertise in Yoga Therapy for various ailments, combines therapeutic yoga techniques to address specific health issues, Hatha Yoga for helping individuals achieve optimal wellness. He is a dedicated student of
Shri Sharath Jois ji, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning of Ashtanga Yoga in Vinyasa krama (method). This dedication ensures that our students receive the highest quality of instruction and knowledge.

My name is Deepika and I live in the United States. I have severe acidity and hypo thyroid issues. I have been learning yoga from Sumith online from last two years and my learning experience with Sumith has been wonderful. He is quite informative and tries to understand my physical issues and tries to teach me asanas and pranayama accordingly. He explains the meaning and benefits of each asana. Even with online coaching he is able to help me improve my physical and health conditions better. He is very encouraging and helps you get self confidence in pushing yourself out of comfort zone making sure not to hurt yourself at the same time and make you believe you can do it. He is quite patient and a good listener too. Taking classes can be quite a task especially with such huge time zone differences but He is very punctual with the CAs timings.
