Pranayama Course in Mysore

10-Day Pranayama Course in Mysore

Pranayama is made of two words — “Prāṇa” and “āyāma”. Prana is the “universal life force” that exists everywhere; it is also called energy, chi, qi, or the cosmic catalyst. Ayama means “extension or expansion”. Pranayama is therefore the science of breath and the extension of the life span, and of expanding the dimension of Prana within you.
